Steven spent the past several years leading field operations for a micromobility fleet in Columbus, Ohio — managing a mixed workforce of contracted and direct operators, running the analytics that told the story of a whole city's rideshare network, and building the SOPs that turned tribal knowledge into something a team could actually rely on.
He's now stepping into a more independent chapter: fractional operations consulting, dashboard and analytics builds, SOP and documentation work, Python automation, and civic tech through Columbus's transit advocacy community. The through-line is the same north star it's always been — building environments, digital or physical, where people feel safe, seen, and able to move forward.
